Two issues I need help with.

Ok as far as i know the first problem did not happen in 9.2.0 update, at least it didnt for any games I started.

First Issue:

Staff Statistics dont represent their skill, for example Most of my scouts have 18-20 on most scouting attributes, judging players ability/judging players potential etc, yet they will recommend wonderkids as mediocre players which is so not right, I mean my scouts with 18-20 say that benzema, dzagoez (russian midfileder, spelling?), alexis sanchez are 3-4 stars where in fact they are much better.

Second Issue:

This has always happened, and I tend to try and get around problems myself but this has me stumped.

When I first make a league and select my team, ALL staaff should accept a mutual termination for the first time, however with fc bayern there are a few staff that refuse mutual or the board block it, is there anyway around this or is this something you have to deal with?

well bayern arent that good at start theres only 4 first team players that are 4-5 stars the rest are 2-3.

Some staff refuse mutual because their love for the club is too high, or the board blocks it due to compensation.

The one *** manager I cannot get rid of is very poor but board blocks it...its really making me rethink managing bayern, but I love the team always have, my defensive tactics work wonders with them as they are more of a passing neutral/defensive playstyle..well i think so anyways.

my only choice is either try to sign a second *** manager which the board will probably block, or wait until 2010 until the one they block runs out of contract...or there is one desperate idea, add another manager and try to sign him away from bayern but i class that as cheating and I really dont want to do it.

I am going to restart my bayern save i think.

Exactly. So if most of your players are 2-3 then the scouted players that you said were 3-4 are indeed potentially better than your current players. The star rating for the ability of players is completely relative to the situation of your current club.

Redrup, at Rangers supposedly my squad isn't strong enough to challenge nor is Lionel Messi good enough to fit into my squad with a rating of 5.

Ir's the sane with all the biggest clubs. With Man Utd, I scouted Vagner Love, my scout came back saying he had the potential to be a 5 star player. When I scouted him on Totenham, with the same scout, he came back as a 7 star player.

It all depends on the reputation of the club and the quality of players you already have in the same position.

With regards to the assistant manager and not being able to get rid of him...have you tried offering him a new contract as a coach. You won't get rid of him completely but if he accepts, you will free up the assistant manager spot.

says hes not interested in any other role lol

It comes down to reputation and squad quality, as for your staff problems, they should accept mutual termination, if not, maybe they love club to much or to much compensation, if not then I don't know, I doubt it's a glitch, hope this helped sort of
