Two poachers?

I got two strikers in my save, which both plays best in the role of poacher. Does anyone have some experince with two poachers? If you have please let me now if it works?

personally, i have tried this but it never seems to work for me,
the two poachers seem to get isolated really easily and when they have the ball they tend to take everyone on on their own without passing
 
I Always use to Poachers. ALWAYS. Have never played without two apart from when I played with a lone striker for a year. It works absolute wonders for me with my tactics. :) If they are fast, and can finish, and you can get balls over the top for them, it should work. :) Good Luck!

i play two poachers with JPWoody's high scoring 11.2 tactic. Nolan Roux + Magaye Gueye have become one of the best poaching partners ever!
 
i dont know, i stuck with 11.2 cause there weren't really any database changes just bug fixing right.
 
I usually play with 2 wingers, a box to box midfielder and a deep lying playmaker. If the playmaker has high passing, creativity and technique it should work very well. Anyway, whatever you choose to do, good luck! :)
 
Okay. I play with Sunderland and I'm using Christian Benitez and Asamoah Gyan as strikers. Do you got any suggestions how i can play with most succes?

Those two are perfect the the way I do it. I've have used Benitez before and Gyan has all the right attributes. :)
 
for me i had john fleck and matt jarvis as supporting wingers. crosses flying in all the time. Gueye scored about 15 in the 7 matches i played him at the end of season. Roux scored a solid 19 in 30 considering he was my first choice star striker.

It have to get me some good results then, I suppose. Benitez scored a hattrick in his debut as poacher, but unfortunatly Gyan is injured :)

Yeah, give it a try. It's quite flexible as long as you have a deep lying playmaker with the right stats and a poacher or two. The wingers can be whatever you want. Good luck! :D Hope it works. :)
 
i prefer Poacher+Adv Forward rather than 2 poachers.

works better for me.
 
As long as you have players to link up with them it should work. Since they will both sit up with the defensive line you either need wingers to get the ball up to them like in a 4-2-4, or a more attacking midfielder to get forward a bit.
