Hi all,

Im looking to play two target men (one support and one attack) with West Brom and go old school hoofing style!

Obvs Rondon is up there and I will be in search for antoher.

Down to the questions.

Does anyone think two target men can work?

Has anyone tried this?

Am I a fool?

Thanks in advance for any advice or abuse!

Once had a nice save going on FM17 with 2 target men. The bigger stronger one I played as TM support, the quicker one with better finishing as advanced forward.

Classic 4-4-2 with all 4 wing position being excellent at crossing and obviously the fullbacks overlapping in attack.

In the center of the pitch I had a DLP on defend spraying passes and always staying back to protect my defense. The other one was a BBM with great size and heading who had the runs into opponent's area PPM. He scored just as many headed goals as the TM support.

Really enjoyed that save. Remember to instruct your wide players to cross early and often. If you have 2 big strikers and a tall BBM, you are guaranteed to score a header every game.
