how come i dont get any tycoon takeovers in my football manager 2015 game is there a problem wit them

I never have either but I see other clubs getting them. If you look at the chairman status at the start of the game it says his take on the club for instance Liverpool chairman says he won't leave the club at his own volition but Aston villa chairman says he's willing to listen to offers. I suppose you got more of a chance if the chairman is ready to sell up.

Just luck of the draw, they don't come up with enormous regularity. It's also possible they've happened and you've just not seem them happen

Check details about your club owner - if he is said to "never want to leave of his own volition" or similar, you are extremely unlikely to be taken over!
