u18 Groups and Reserve team Groups.

I was wondering if you can get in to better groups than your team currently is in.
Let's say I start with a low quality u18 team and a bad Academy but it gets much better and I'm winning the u18 group constantly, can I get "promoted" to a better group?
That would be awesome because I'd like a better challenge for my youngsters as I like to build up a good young team and get young talents and try and get young talents from my academy and make them better players. I'm playing with W.B.A and my squads average age is around 21-22 years old.

So a shorter version. Can my u18 team and/or reserve team get "promoted" to a better group with the likes of Arsenal, Chelsea, Liverpool & Man Utd?

I think they're all in regional groups so the good teams aren't together anyway. You could try playing friendlies against better teams?

Ok thanks mate, I started looking at the groups and I think you're right. Well, I'm also giving my best u18 players football with the reserve team and chances against easier teams and in the LC.
