u18s first team question

Hi guys, just a quick question.
i have u 18s i play in my first team but i also want them to play games with under 18s.
i know i can keep changing them back and forth between teams, but is there a easyer way.
or do they auto play for under 18s ?

I don't think there is pal i have the same problem.

I just set mine to play reserve football and pick them for first team that way getting more playing time.

but there is a way to put them in the u18s team and then click show u18 squad and pick from there for team selection?
