U22 100mill challenge

I was thinking about making a database where you where only allowed to sign players of age 22 or below. All the players in Hull would be removed so you would have £100mill to build your own team of youngsters. The challenge is to stay in the premiership in your first season, get European place in 2nd season and win a competition in your 3rd season.
What do you think? Once I've made the database post your teams in here if you wish

Basic Outlines:
£100M Transfer Budget
Players must be 22 years old or below.
The team replaced is Hull and now called FM Base Young Guns (without any players)
Using 9.3 update
I am only able to increase the wage budget using real time editor. So give yourself 1.5mill wage budget.
You must also terminate Manucho's loan

well i suppose so because that means youd be buying random regens

Yes. As long as they are 22 or younger when you buy them you can keep them for as long as you want

Thats why its a challenge. And your priority in first season will be to avoid relegation anyway.
