'Players in other positions for depth'. Would help if you could show your current squad, so we get more of an idea.. Also, your current budget would help.

But as for CB and CAM..

CB - Stefan Strandberg, should be cheap, and performs rather well.

CAM - Will Hughes. He should be within your budget, and quite frankly, is a monster.

If your looking for a bargain CB wise then Kara, performs consistently, also maybe check out steven caulker I got him second season in one save for 8mil.

As for CAM theres alot of options depending on if injury proneness is a huge deal for you if it isnt i recommend Miralem Pjanic + Sergio canales. Gylfi Sigurosson has also played well for me whenever i have had him despite his shoots from distance ppm.

Alejandro arribas as cb, good stats for cb, specially mental, release clause of 4.2 mill, for cam, maybe sigurdsson as suggested above, holtby if he hasn't already moved, maybe zanuzaj or Belhanda

Re-sign Gabrielle Angella (CB) from Watford, with top-level game time he becomes a solid player, and will count towards your home-grown quota for European competitions.
If you're looking for a good DR/MR Davide Faraoni also of WFC formerly of the zebrette is a good investment as he can be sold on to inter/milan/juve for good money after a few seasons.
