UEFA Europa League changes

How do i change the team that has qualified for the Europa League through the national cup? I have already exchanged the teams in UEFA Europa League and changed the winner of the national cup under Competitions. What am i missing?

I must have loaded the wrong file, those are the only 2 things you need to do. Im not even sure the national cup change is needed.
