Anyone got this? I ordered it on Friday, got it delivered on Saturday and seriously, it's gruelling stuff. I'm actually aching all over from doing it for the past 2 days. I don't really like going to Body combat training classes with other people at the gym so this is probably the next best thing. All sorts you can do it on, like set up a 30 day routine or a 60 day routine with different difficulty settings, hit the mits, a heavy bag, fitness tests.
