UEFA Intertoto Cup.
Would be nice if anyone could make this Cup available

Anyone can create it? I dont have any knowledge about DB editing...
Sugestion: In the original UIC teams where proposed by the Football Federations.Instead of that teams should be those outside of Europe.
For example in the major leagues the first 6 teams go in Europe.Place 7and 8 should go in UIC.
The format should be like the Champions League/Europa League. 64 teams in 8 groups.
I know its a lil bit hard to make because lower leagues do not provide 6 teams in Champions/Europa League but if anyone with a bit of free time to waste and some serious DB editing knowledge would like to make this Cup available it would be very nice
