I've recreated the Ukrainian leagues and removed the foreign player limit. I've tested only with holiday mode for 2 seasons with no errors. Will be playing next few days but wouldn't mind if a few peeps tested it as well.
I think I've got everything right however I did change subs to 4 from 9 and gave wins in the cup cash of 100k first round win 200k second round win etc. These are easily editable if people don't want them as is. Wasn't sure for TV revenue but think I got it right from my other Shakhtar save @ 23.5k per match roughly.
