ultimatum Board : when can we use it ?

Hi all,

I play my 5th season with Dartford (BSS) which are now playing on Championship.

I have a 2M€ financial balance and I really want to improve training facilities but the direction board still say that we do not have money enough... Kidding me???

It will cost 400-500k€ not more so I hesitate to present them with an ultimatum.


Problem is, I have nightmare of ultimatum because I lost my job in FM2009 after a wonderfull PSG career.

I'm now qualified as "untouchable" by the direction so can I lose my job? What do you think?


Anyone succeed in it already? In what conditions?

When your like Fergie, or have achieved alot for your club... I have managed Staines for 6 years, now and they have money but don't invest it in new facilities and i have stressed how important it was and i threatened to resign and they caved in and spent the money i had earnt them, it totally depends on what your asking and how vital it actually is... weigh up those questions and then decide is it that important to you to proceed and then go for it!!
