Unable To Create Threads

Sorry about the mix up but I accidentally set it so that only Administrators could create new threads. It's been fixed now, sorry for the inconvenience.

is you wanna start a new thred charlie96 all you have to do is click on which section u want eg players network game ect ect and at the top it says new thread
