Yea, I am realy curious to hear if someone manage to hold a team meeting and what was the reason that allowed him to do so...For the second matter if you already talked with him and then you saw the end conversation message it means you can't chit chat with them whenever you feel...they have a "life" besdide talking all day...Usually you can't cover more than two topics in one converstation...Just move time forward and then they will be available to talk to you again...Before engaging into a converstion look at their conversation history so that you would not harrass them with topics already discussed as their moral will drop...You can however ask them to reccomend you a new signing...that is usually raise their morlal since you give their opinion respect...But don't ask a defender to reccomend you to sign a defender...He is not a succer and would tell you he doesn't know anyone...Whenever I try and hold a meeting I am given "There isn't a suitable reason to hold a team meeting"
Whenever I try hold a private chat I am given no options and it just says "the conversation has ended"

I wouldn't play one second without talking with the lads...Every day I am talking with them!I am not just their manager I am much more than that...You see ,if a player has any kind of a problem I would solve it for him...I want him to be CAREFREE...I am also trying to make friends with one another...Two friends playing on the field are MUCH MORE A MENACE...They know each other's body language blindly!It's a massive problem, I am 3rd in the League approaching January but my form is starting to drop, I need to be able to motivate my team1
