Managing Stoke in my 3rd season, have the top scouting packages but I cannot set up scouting assignments to certain countries, eg North America region I can only scout USA and Mexico. More annoying for South America really cause I can only scout 5 countries. Could be something obvious I'm overlooking as obviously the scouting system is different this year and I'm still not that familiar with it. View attachment 74551
