Unable to sign Amazing Youth Player

As i usually do, i troll through the under 21's and bellow for some youth prospects and came across a 15 year old player who has, i believe to be a wonderkid and trained into a "Messi" type player. However, i am unable to sign him. I have found a few player just like this one who are not able to be signed, scouted or conduct any form of approach towards the player. Often these really great youth prospects in the national youth setups disappear and are lost forever. I currently only have England Assigned as a nation i can manage in.

Is there anything i can do to get these players?

If the players are greyed out on the squad screen, then you can not sign them. The game makes them if there are teams in the game that don't have enough players , usually if you don't have the league or nation loaded.

And usually those greyed out players have impressive stats, that makes you want that player.
