i downloaded the demo a few days back
and been scouting intensively as i always do when i get the new FM
i came across a few 4 5 star youngesters

just go to ur shortlist page in the game
u click on the manager name button , then search and shortlist
ur shortlist page will appear
on the top right u got a button named shortlists
click on that and select import shortlist
then search for the shortlist u downloaded , when u find it click select
and all the players from the shortlist should appear

its 30 of them so i didn't know which screenie to pick
they r all talented and i don't wanna make suggestions,
but jese from real madrid, mahatma otoo ES tunis, Mateo Kovacic NK dinamo, Raphael Varane Rc lens are really players i would suggest everyone to buy, cuz on every save i scouted they were minimum 4 star rating
