How do you get your U19 team into this competition?
I finished 6th with Newcastle first season, I wasn;t given the option to enter into it, anyone know how you do?

I'm pretty sure it depends on the position of your youth team and not your first team in Premiere League.

It depends on several things such as your Youth Recruitment, Junior Coaching, Youth Facilities, Reserve team performance, Youth team performance, first team performance and reputation.
