Hi guys, 1st post here, didn't played FM since FM 2012, so apologies for being a noob. 
So, I started by managing a 2nd league portuguese team, so I didn't had any real player in the under19 roster. I didn't get the report of under19 match's because none of the players used were real, they were all grey.
But, then the 1st regens showed up. And I wasn't getting any reports on the match's. So I went to verify who was playing. Despite having 16 regens in the roster, I have another like 15 grey players, don't get it why. And I don't get why does the Youth Coach only puts grey players playing lol. He doesn't even uses regen for the bench. Starting eleven and bench are all grey players.
I checked the other teams, and they're all using their regens. I tried to "force" the starting eleven in the tacticts menu but it didn't worked. Why is this happening ? How can I fix it ?
