Underachieving teams

Hi

Just thought i would post this to see if the same teams keep coming up when i play the game as on my saves the teams that seem to underachieve on my saves are arsenal and chelsea always dont do well on my files

I was wondering who underachieves on your saves and if you get the same as me

i've seen Everton get relegated to League 1 Chelsea also underachieves in my game...Arsenal does well surprisingly.
