What are the best tactics to play against strong sides? I've been trying several but once a goal is score by the opposing team, more follow stright after.

Ive never played as a really weak team , but i know that a 4-1-4-1 is very hard to break down when im attacking , no matter how superior i am. Or you could try a 5 at the back tactic, it wont be the beautiful game but you might pinch a draw.

It's not really weak, I'm mid table in the Championship, but I started managing the team in the second season after being offered the job (started as just England manager), the previous AI manager got rid of a lot of the better players :x

I normally play 4-1-4-1 but it lets me down a lot too, I was thinking of more 5 at the back, I'll have another go.

Up coming game is 5th round of the FA cup against Arsenal so I'm looking for a 2 - 0 loss at best but getting one goal would be great.

Maybe you should use a tactic that your team has the most possesion like JP Woody's tactic ;)

Low creative freedom, 1 freerole only, dont use playmaker and much OI before the game starts
