Unemployed to top of the world. (Hopefully)

Hey guys, decided that I would do a story on here as it would hopefully keep me interested in the career I start instead of having about 5 different saves on the go at once. I'm going to start as a very young manager, 20 years of age, with a Sunday League reputation and a National A coaching badge. I will start unemployed and will keep you updated as I go along. Feedback would be much appreciated thank you

These are the jobs available at the beginning of the game, I'm not interested in Chivas USA as they are folding at the end of the current season and I think Barnsley are a bit too high for my reputation and coaching badges so will wait and see what else becomes available

Finally given a job interview with a Spanish bottom tier club, Elche Ilicitano C.F. They're sitting 19th in the Spanish Second Division B3. If I get the job the expectation is top half finish, that should be fun..

This is the state of the club. 3 draws and 4 losses from 7 games. I intend to turn things round. But I'll need to do them quickly
