I have started unemployed using england, france, Italy and Spain with the lowest divivsions.

This is my timeline so far

8/7/08-15/7/08=unemployed
15/7/08-present=Braintree Town

I am at the beggining of October and these are my results
(green means win, orange means draw and red means loss)

August

Braintree Town 2-1 Thurrock (league)
Fisher 0-0 Braintree Town (league)
Newport County 2-2 Braintree (league)
Braintree Town 2-1 Worcester (league)

September

Braintree Town 3-1 Hayes & Yeading Confrence league cup 1st round
Bromley 2-3 Braintree league
Team Bath 3-2 Braintree league
Braintree Town 3-0 Eastleigh league
Braintree Town 4-0 Waltham Forest league
Braintree Town 4-0 Basinstoke league

So, So far so good looking up i am in 3nd place behind AFC Wimbledon i think i could get a promotion

 
Very good start, careful not to fizzle out halfway through the season though ;)

Looking forward to seeing your progress :) Also, do you mind using a darker shade of green, that lime green is really grating to look at :x

Down to 6th in the league now with Havant up next
 
keep your players disciplined i didnt do this at leeds and now my team are getting complacent.
 
This happens in most of my seasons in the lower leagues. My team get complacent around the new year. By the time you get to the second round of fixtures you'll start winning again no doubt
 
I hope so but they have been hard fixtures so its not that bad.

Another good month in February but the top 3 pulling away with it there is a battle with 5 teams for the last 2 play off places with 2 months (12 games).

February

Eastleigh 0-2 Braintree Town

Currnetly in 5th place 2 points clear of 6th place but that can be easily caught

About to sign Michael Rankine on a free transfer from Rushden to partner 30+ goalscorer Danny Hockton (who just got injured..... NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!)

So i ended up finnishing in a highly dissapointing place of 9th but next season will be very good hopefully with more transfer funds
 
I heard locosocko saying to keep your players disciplined. This happened to me with plymouth and i didnt win promotion when leading the table for most of the season. My question is...How do you discipline your players and keep them from complacency?
 
i suppose warn against complacency in teamtalks
