unfound button

Hey guys !
I'm managing PSG , And I Have chosen that all teams are playable ( club and nations ) , but I start with one club ( which is PSG ) . Now that Morocco is without a manager , I cant find that button to approach them in order to sign me ( tell them I'm interested in their team ) .
I can't find it for all Clubs and nations !! what's the problem ? Should I start a new game and manage PSG and other nation ? Please help ?

PS : I have posted this topic in all forums in other sites , none of them answered ^^)

When you click on the club it should be in the "overview" drop down menu if memory serves. Don't have the game in front of me but you should get options like "view advert", "declare interest", "apply for job"?
