Unhappy Ex-Captain

Hey Guys,

How long will my ex captain stay unhappy? Will I need to sell him or will he change his mind someday? Im playing fm touch, so unfortunately no player talks available. He seems to drag down my whole teams morale.

Not familiar with FMT at all but if it doesn't improve after a few wins look to get rid.
