started off fm11 with galatasaray and NY Red Bulls. tried then to get I got the man city job. ITS ****! i get 50 million every financial quarter but soon as i came brough in 3 players i stripped tevez off captaincy, and replaced him with Darijo Srna. a season and half later of rejection his transfer requests and unhappy tantrums he is still unhappy. what the **** do i do? he made 53 goals last season. praised him every match. Im ******. as a man city fan made me hate the real tevez for real. it's sooooo similar to whats going on with the real man city now and im mad. to one point my fm11 crashed...

Any suggestions on how to deal with him plz let me know.

PS: only better forward in game than him is c.ronaldo and messi and i tried to trade for messi plus 100 million. no chance...

Well, for starters you shouldn't have changed captaincy as Tevez is a god captain and it will disrupt harmony. If you change it back now Srna will be unhappy too. There ae not many options other than trying to smooth-talk out of it or sell the unhappy players.

just won carling cup and Fa cup and 3 cups before that. now facing real madrid for CL final... what else? i gave in and accepted his transfer request. thankfully inter, real, chelsea and teams that can afford him seem bankrupt so he's staying.

as for being a good captain i compared stats and even assistant man said Srna is better. (to be fair im biased cuz srna is my fave player).
anyhow, im now hoping that i gave in he'll change his mind...any other hints are welcome

Have you won the league with them? This may help overwise just get rid of him, HATE players like him on the game who think they are bigger than the club. On my WBA save odemwinge wanted 70k a week :O and refused to sign new contract so I sold him to Everton for 7.5million then brought in Scott Sinclair and Keiran Richardson to strengthen up my squad, so good business all round I think :)
