Unhappy player stays unhappy

I have a player concerned about the size of my squad. He wants it larger.
Since we talked about it, i have signed 6 players and I now have a squad existing of 25 players, which is the max amount of players I can register. But he is still unhappy with the squadsize. What can I do to satisfy him?

He should evaluate the squad when the promise's time expires. Have a look on the Promises page.
