unhappy with training

im currently blackpool and got a few players that are unhappy with there training, how do i change this as training is not my strong point

I'm assuming it's their workloads;

Make a note of their names (Mental is fine) and then click "blackpool" in the drop down menu, go to training, and if you haven't changed it at all, and the players aren't keepers, go to the general schedule. Then, change the workload slider (move it down a bit) and see if the complaint comes up again.
