So i want to make USA generate good players. I changed the 'youth rating' to 200, chaged the popularity of the country to 10000, change the importance of the game to 'very important', change the youth recruitment for ALL THE CLUBS to 20, and create a new league (cuz i dont want that draft thing and want that all the teams generate players like the rest of the word).
Ok... But, i start the game, send it to vacations for 10 years, and NO ONE single player with 180+ PA was generated... Countries like Brazil or Spain (that i changed the youth rating to 100), generated a lot of good players.
What can i do?

Better staff of US nationality, better facilities across all teams, increase national team popularity, at a guess.
