Unknown Champions of Europe
Well, it’s 2009. A big year in football if I must say. With the World Cup just a season away, players will be doing everything they can to get into that final 23. At that time I was involved major in playing the part of a football fan. I was hardcore. Always going to every match, and starting a chant to wind up the opposition. It actually never struck me where I’d be in a couple of years.
When Aldershot went to play their friendly in Kazakhstan I followed. They were against a local third division side. They actually managed to get into the Intertoto cup once, but failed in their first match.
As you might expect, they were terrible. Ayat. The funny thing was that they actually had a good potential but a lot of floors. We beat them 6-1. Mainly because I was chanting really loudly, as I can remember their only fan. I thought if I was their manager, they could really make a lot of progress. It turned out that their manager was the caretaker manager. After the match, I jumped over the stand, and rushed over to the chairman on the far end of the poor-condition stadium.
I told him my ideas, and he thought that if I think I can go anywhere, this may be a good place to start off. After a few days of negotiations, I cancelled my flight back home to London Heathrow, and stayed in Kazakhstan. It is not the ideal living place for me, as I am a city person, who is used to rain. So much for that lifestyle. Manager of a football club. I can’t even believed that they hired me in that peculiar manner.

its my local club who i support. I have made my edition of Estonain league and maybe in future make a story with it.
