I was just wondering who are this years unknown talents of sorts, We all know the likes of Barbosa,Vietto etc so I wanted to know who the best hidden gem are.
Criteria-

Age- Must not be over 23

Reputation- Must not be someone who everybody who plays FM always buys.

Price- £8M Max
 
Not unknown as such but a player who deserves more attention is Malcom. Brazillian wonderkid who becomes a fantastic winger and striker (F9 and T). He outperforms Barbosa for me absolutely.
 
Andrija Zivkovic, not sure if the spelling is correct but he plays in Serbia i guess for Partizan i bought him in the first window for around 2.5m euro and sent him on loan till January 2018, now he's an important player for my fc Bayern team and his value is around 12m
 
Everybody knows Malcom and Zivkovic - Richairo and Andrija both.

George Cooper - AML from Crewe
Lewis Cook - CM/DM from Leeds
The San Emeterio twins - Borja (DR) and Fede (DM) from Racing
Hirving Lozano - AMR/L from Pachuca
Bartolomiej Dragowski - GK from Jagellionia

Just a few I've picked up and have had done well for me in my Crystal Palace save.
 
Jorge Mere from Real Sporting. I got him end of 1st season really cheap

I've grown extremely fond of the Jamaican winger Leon Bailey who you'll find at Genk at the beginning of a save. Pacy, agile winger. No idea about his PA due to me not having an interest in finding out but he's performed tremendously for my Arsenal. His attributes are drastically improving and he can bag assists and goals. Suits both the winger role and the inside forward role since he's excellent on the left and right wing. I recommend him for you who are looking for a young, pacy winger who can be developed. Not a world-beater by all means but he definitely does the job.
 
Felix Passlack of Dortmund's really good. He can play all down the right hand side and turns into a brilliant player.
 
Sondre Rossbach free in January
Juan Cazares free in january
Douglas Coutinho around 3.5million
Fernandes (Botafogo) around 2.5 million
Luan (the CB/Rb) around 1 million (the other two luans are too well known to count)
Samir (might be a little above budget)
Zeca around 2million similar price to oviedo or figuerdo but way better
Douglas Santos is a brilliant left back as well. jorge wont be available first season (unless you pay silly money but becomes reasonable in a season or two)
Joao Pedro (palmeiras) top player
Mayke a couple of years back you used to be able to sign him and a left back called henrique from vasco on frees/negliable sums straight away and have world class fullbacks for a decade
San Emeterio twins at racing are worth a look borja is a pretty quality rightback in a few seasons
on the odd occasion josh brownhill ate PNE has high ability and big clubs go for him
Fossum,Ajer deserve a mention but are probably a little too well known to count
Driussi at river plate is worth a gander
Mammana is again a little bit too well known but is still awesome
Ladislav Krejic is still as awesome
Lincoln is too well known but fits the bill
Ramadan Sohbi is well worth the minimal fee they ask
predrag Ragkovic is the new rulli even though existing rulli is still world class and available to offer terms to in january
Timo Horn has been a firm favourite for 2 or 3 years and is now well known but you can't ignore his 6.5million release clause
Yuri Mamute can develop well
