Unlock FMC Steam Achievements?

I noticed on the Steam Achievements page for FM 2014, there are achievements like "Unlock Unlimited Scouting" and "Unlock All Players Interested."
Is there a way to unlock these achievements naturally? Or do I have to pay for them?

I do have another question on this topic. The only way to unlock them via gameplay is to play FMC or both modes can unlock?
