Unlockables

I bought two "unlockables" via the steam store downloads. These were for "new stadia" and "all players interested". I can see in my downloads that these have been purchased by when I try and select "apply to game" the link is dead and thus I cannot apply them. I have a current game and would like to apply these to my game. Please can you advise on how this is done.
 
I don't know if this is the problem, but the unlockables only work on the FMC mode. Can't think of any other reasons they wouldn't work.

now check to see which are fastest achievable in a quick load game! :)
... are these unlockables for both full career game and classic FM?
 
i realise national management unlocked for me after a few games even though i only won a manager of the month award or is that a si gift? or steam unlock/update? anyone?
