Unplayable Leagues to playable

I am trying to get a league playable however at the moment its unplayable. I want to do a career with my local team Fort William FC who currently play in the Highland League however it does not give me the option to play in that league. How can i change this ?

or make one by yourself with Data Editor if you cant find anyone done it already.

Go to Add Nation Rules, add lower divisions to existing structure, select Highland League, add whatever you want to it & then you'll be able to play the Highland League with Fort William. Hope this helps.
