Unrealistic Job Application Acceptions

Just started a Pentagon Challenge (in Asia) and i simmed forward until i got a job.. It took me a week where i got the best team in the 2nd tier of South Korean Football.. I think that's a bit silly to be fair..

It does seem a bit easier to get jobs. I started a game with England U19s and played for a couple of years. Missed out on the Euros first year but got there in the 2nd and ended up bottom of the group with 1 point. I thought I search for a new job and saw the Uruguay job was available. I thought, what the ****, and just went for it thinking they would laugh me off....but no, they offered me the job! I feel like I would in no way have even been considered for that job in FM13.

Well, in FM 13 it was at times too difficult to get a job. I got laughed at by the FA when applying to the England job, even after winning the Premier League 3 times in a row. Then again, FA has always been incompetent so I guess it added to realism...
