Unrealistic targets

awrite guys,seem to be trying to attract decent players to my rangers team although a lot of my player tagets seem to be "unrealistic" when my assistant advises on player search.

How do i change this from unrealistic to realistic.any ideas anyone?

Get a better reputation, takes time i brought chelmsford to the EPL from south conf and its been 4 years in the EPL and i still cant atrract top class players untill there 31 and dont have much time left at the top

Its not the club rep as you can seem to attract them and Rangers are a prietty big club. Its down to the league reputation. You will probably attract them when they are need to the end of their career.
