im in my fourth season and first in the prem and i just just signed ozil and a few other player after the registaration email and now i cant play them is there anyway to register them

Go to your team screen (F3). At the bottom right, there will be a button about squad numbers. You may have to manually assign numbers to a few players sometimes as the auto feature fails sometimes.

Also, you can only do in certain time periods. In the EPL, it is August and January I think. A maximum of 25 players can be registered.
