Unsettled New Player

I've just signed Diego Renan for 19 Million, and hes unsettled in the area.
The only person listed under favoured personel is me, and hes got himself injured so i cant play him and praise him.

Also giving him a leave of absence isnt an option.

Any ideas how to help him settle?

player interaction->recommend player from former team/ recomend int'l teamate->sign player

players interaction->recomend potential scout/coach->sign staff member.

If h's injured and not going to play why not send him on leave of absence?

How do you send players on a leave of absence?

anyway in response to your querey the above post is what you need to do, or sometimes it passes. i had the same problem with Marcelo and at the end of the first season in England he came out and said he was now settled, so he might just need time

Go to player screen "interact with player" (button around the right of screen) if it's available it should be above the dicpline player option

Like i said, it wont let me send him, the option isnt there, i'll try signing someone, just hoping they dont cost a bomb!

Same problem with my Jadson on my West Ham save signed him for free in first season and near the end of season and says he can't settle in the area and let him on leave of absence on pre season while everyone is on holiday. But he was playing well form was good aswel quite weird why they get unsettled so going to ask for a suggestion who to sign coach/scout wise as dont have anywhere needing improving IMO
