i was just wondering if someone can help me with download the updates, i recently bought a new laptop to play the game on and installed steam but the automatic update doesnt work and im stuck on playin the 9.0 version of the game and when i am on steam and i click launch game on steam nothing happens it doesnt load up or anything.
