|UPDATED| TACTIC 60%+ Possession, 100+ passes on playmaker ALPHA

A solid passing tactic that can works wonder and give you a stable 60%+ possession and 100+ passes on your playmaker 90% of the time.
Attacking is used when you is at Home and want to win (I even use it to YOLO big games sometimes :D)
Balanced is used if you want to get result but not over committing (Away game for example)
Cautious is used when you is against counter attacking team/looking for a draw (This is my favourite since it is a very solid tactic)
I leave the OI to Assistant Manager
General training is tactic while match focus is set on attacking movement

Seems nice, will test and give you feedback! I will post one tactic that i´m testing the Team Instructions are similar to yours, i just remove the closing and set it on OI´s

Actually I've just created this tactic so no result :(
But I can tell that this tactic has a lot of potential to replicate Tiki-Taka football in FM15 [the possession (pass) at least]
That's why I post it here hoping that someone can come (I'm summoning the tactic legend on this forum here) and make this tactic even closer to real life Tiki-Taka
 
also how do I get the skin to work I have downloaded and extracted it but its not showing up?

Have you put it in the right folder ? C:\Users\Home\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2015\skins
Or maybe you forgot to reload the skin in the setting : Go to preferences>interface>tick reload skin when confirming changes>confirm.

Feel free to tweak this tactic as I don't think its perfect yet.
The only thing that I'm struggling right now is that it's doesn't work againts the big guns teams.
I think I will release a secondary one to be used againts stronger team once I figured it out.
