Uploading Highlights Problem

1) I have just made a youtube account.
2) I go on the match I want to upload, click upload highlights then click, "by clicking upload you certify that you own" blah blah blah at the bottom.
3) THen it brings me to this screen
4) http://www.youtube.com/t/terms

Now what do I do?

Have you actually made a youtube account? Confirmed it by clicking the link youtube will email to you?

Try logging into your youtube account on youtube.

Try signing in using Google sign in or whatever it is.

I'm logged in to youtube with my username, and am logged into gmail with my email address
