Forgive me for being really stupid but can someone tell how to upload a screen shot onto this site.

Simple, click on 'Insert Image' the icon (highlighted in the screenshot below) and if it's an image from your computer then just click 'Choose File' and select the screenshot you want to upload, then click 'Upload File'. If it's a URL just copy and past the image URL into the space, then click ok and ​voila!
