Sup Dudes.... Im in March of my first season with liverpool, doing great, 1st in the league(W18D5L1) im playing 4312 which is working well. I just had one of those uncontrolable urges.. you know the ones... when an amazing player is sudenly offered to clubs and you have to look twise to believe you eyes. Then you have a Paris Hilton in an all pink spanky shoe shop moment....aaaany way. I got balotelli, Paying after 50 League games N what not, Now ive just got to figure out how to combine this potentialy deverstating trio of Footy Manager gods.
Help me unleash them.... Please.

or try balo in a different spot? or just leave him on the bench...if u r playing a 4-3-1-2 who is playing for u ? im starting with liverpool and im debating between i 4-2-3-1 but i might switch to a 4-3-1-2..can u give me more info about ur tactics please?

Begining of season i bought Lukaku, Kadlec, Marchisio, Dzeko, I used various methods of paying like ,after league aps, monthly installments etc.. I play
Reina(swp keeper)
Johnson(wingback) Kyrgiakos(limit dfd cover) Agger(ballplaying stopper) Coentrao(wingback)
Meireles(box2box) Machisio(ballwinningMid)Gerrard(AdvPlaymakerSup)
Cole(amc) altered his possition on the editor so he was a natural Amc(personaly thing thats his natural pos)
Dzeko(comp Sup) Torres(poacher)
Fluid Attacking/Shorter passing/more expressive/ pushing up/slow and narrow.
Kyrgiakos is a beast in this game, he was underrated in fm10 aswell but his average form is 7.80 and has scored bare goals, Wilson just after Xmas is becoming excellent aswell.

Changing Joe Cole's position to AMC is the key here -- Liverpool don't have a natural player in this position (although Gerrard and Cole do a decent job), so by introducing one you've given them a massive outlet.

I disagree that he's a natural AMC - sure that's where he played when he was young, but he hasn't played there for the best part of 10 years, and naturally (like IRL) he should be rusty in that position.

id sell balotelli ..... WAY to much of a sulk lol
and id sign hazard to play left att mid as he is a beast!!

Incidentally, as Balotelli can also play as a winger why not try a Chelsea style 4-3-3? Have Balotelli as an inside forward.

Alternatively, a 4-2-4 (with wingers) would allow you to play with Dzeko and Torres up front, then Balotelli as an inside forward (opposite wing to his natural foot to allow him to do a Robben). Then play with a "winger" on the other side. I've seen great success with Real Madrid using that tactic (Ronaldo as Inside Forward, Di Maria as winger with Higuain and Benzema as strikers). This also gives the fullback space to run into. Worth a shot.

Sounds good guys, Although my past atempts at creating tactics with AMRL have utterly failed, any tips on balencing the team using wingers would be fantastic ie.. is it best to play DM or 2 CM. The past couple of FM's ive sorta given up and refined my using of 4312 and 433(3 strikers)

Yeah I'm not entirely sure on that point either. 2 CMs seems to work in FM11, with one being a Ball Winning midfielder on Defend, and the other being a Box-to-Box or something a little more creative. Just gonna have to give it a go..

I have 3 quality Strikers (for A-League standard) and this tactic is working very well for me. 19 games played, 48 scored, 19 conceded. I have used the tactic in every game even against the stronger teams. I have the middle striker set to Target man and the other two set to poachers. Obviously a very attacking set-up and probably not the best tactic to use against Chelsea, but could give it a try against the weaker teams.
