Urgent Help Needed

I have downloaded some graphics and created the graphics folder, unticked use skin cache, ticked reload on confirm etc...

but ever since there have been no player shirts on my tactics screen, as a conclusion i am not able to select the role of my player, trequarsita for example.

just wondering if any1 has a solution.

It sucks cos the players dont play how i need them to,, and it is 424 cos they are wingers
