Urgent help needed!

Im Blyth in my first season 11/12 and having a good season, in March 2nd in the league but beginning to lose form and lose to sides battling relegation, this seems to happen ALL THE TIME for me, just bottle it towards the end of the season.

What can I do to keep up morale and keep up the performances, defeat is not an option!

tried having a team meeting for abit of morale boost?

Team meeting can definitely help. Make sure to call out your team captain to talk to the team as well.

I have tried but all of them reacted badly when I said: We could get promoted this year

The captain agreed :/

Ive brought in a few loanee's to help freshen the squad but its all going to pot, went 2-0 up to Vauxhall Motors and lost 3-2

Sounds like you need some more leadership on your team. I think also think high determination would help you
