Urgent help!! Offered contract to cavani

Cavani wants to leave Napoli. They asked 35 million so I offered. Cavani wanted 190k a week. I offered him a contract, and I know arsenal has too. Is that contract to much or should I go through without transfer if he accepts?

I'd try negotiate and if fails try to get tevez on the cheap ,

The Problem with tevez is he is 27 and has very low match fitness. I want an immediate impact. Cavani on the other hand is only 24 and is a machine. I have sold off a bunch of high waged players so I have room.

I couldn't negotiate much more. 180k a week. I'm not complaining though. He has 6 goals in 6 appearances along with an assist. And an average rating of 7.65. Not to mention, he can play in about every game.
