Urgentley needed help

Ok so i have downloaded lfc marshalls summer update but i dont know how to download it ok so this is my problem now
i go to documents
i put Lfc summer update in sports interactive, then into football manger, then into db
and it says lfcs marchall update and i dont know what to do
any help would be apperciated

I'm pretty sure when you start a new game you can click the additional databases square and then you pick an alternative database.

1 - Download from the link
2 - Save to - Documents/Sports Interactive/Football Manager 2010/editor data
3 - Run Game, click New Game and check the little tick box to the bottom of the database select screen.
4 - Next screen, select the DB(s) you want to use.
5 - Click OK/Confirm.
6 - Choose nations, and away you go

I was stuck on that. I downloaded, unzipped it and put it into the editor data folder, then I just ran the default database and it had the changes made by LFCMarshalls database
