Urgently needed help

Ok so i have downloaded LfsMarshalls update and i need help downloading it, this is my situation now.

I go onto the Documents and there is sevral stuff in there including Summer_2010_update_by_LFCMarshall
i go to click on it and it has 2 things Archive created by free jZip and agen it says Summer_2010_update_by_LFCMarshall
From here i have no clue what to do?


I Kknow that i have posted this on the wrong section i dont think there is a section for this kind of stuff

Open the .zip file in winrar, 7zip or whatever you use. Extract the 'Summer 2010 Update by LFCMarshall.xml' file to:
My Documents/Sports Interactive/Football Manager 2010/editor data

When you start a new game the 'Choose Database' dialogue will appear. By default the newly added DB should be selected to load automatically be to check, tick the 'Change' checkbox. Once you click OK make sure the 'Summer 2010 Update by LFCMarshall' has a tick next to it.
