God I do love a good challenge, but this time I've gone for a biggie. Last long save I just pressed random team and league, I was lucky enough to get Derby and that turned out very successfully until the save crashed in 2021. SO, with 11.3 installed, I do the same again, and get Club Deportivo Maldonado in the 2nd tier of Uruguayan football. Yikes.
Not had any pre-season yet, as I'm studying all the ins and outs of the club with detail, just wondering by some slim chance, has anyone has any experience with Uruguayan football before? My coaches are awful and there is a definite lack of strength in the squad (actually, it seems to be the attribute missing in 90% of all Uruguayan teams).
Just any global advice you can give me would help greatly, I have ok knowledge of football down to League one in UK and the main leagues of Europe but this is definitely new territory for me.
